The Parish Council usually meets on the second Tuesday of each month (no planned meeting in August), commencing at 7.30 pm at Surlingham Village Hall. Meeting agendas are posted on the village noticeboard and this website at least three days before the meeting date. Members of the public are welcome to attend all Parish Council meetings. Minutes of Parish Council meetings are posted on this website and are available from the Parish Clerk, but these remain in draft form until agreed at the next meeting.
